Greys will always be a go to favorite of mine. Having spent time in the medical field, this drama packed show allows me to escape reality and Drown in the 15+ seasons. Great for background noise or falling asleep.

Ahhhhh a Classic. Sabrina and her Aunts were one of the first families that brought magic back into My life. Although I grew up with Melissa Joan Hart and her magical finger, it was rewatching this show in 2020 that opened the gates to communicating with the other side.

The opening song to Rugrats, remains a core memory in my soul. From measuring time by “how many rugrats can I watch” to entering into adolescence in the spin off “All Growed Up” Tommy, Angelica, and the other babies became my friends.

A recently added favorite, Ginny and Georgia‘s interesting views on family and ‘unconditional love has settled comfortably within my heart. This show offered guidance as a teenager, and shows they are not the only ones trying to fit in.
 

Yes!! A Medical show with humor, lessons, and great music. With JDs constant day dreaming and The Janitors unscripted quips, Scrubs has shown what it’s like to be different, and the unique love to gain in following your own path 

What a fantastic view of light and dark. Yin and Yang. Lucifer bings therapy and understanding of the devil to life. An eloquent display of the Devil coming to earth; Lucifer offers an opportunity to discover our shadow side, and bring them to light.

A newer show to the list, with only three seasons, Emily’s experience in Paris displays confident and Powerful women in the work field. I like to think of Emily in Paris as a continuation of the Devil Wears Prada if Andy went to Paris in modern day. Fantastic show 

If you grew up in the 90’s and now consider yourself a witch, you most likely have watched Charmed, many a times. The Halloway Sisters paved the way for many witches to believe in magic. 

Plus Phoebe was my first Celebrity Crush 😂🤷🏻‍♀️🙃   

A CLASSIC. Mr. Feeny was the teacher every kid wanted to have. Having Corey Shawn and Topanga  to relate to made school a little easier to navigate. This show still continues to teach me life lessons. Thank you guys 

Lorelai and Rory’s relationship is every toxic Girls wet dream! A fall favorite, every time I watch this show I look at it from a different side. I used to look at the show from Lorelei’s perspective with the terrible mother. Recognizing the generational cycles carried through the show reminds me of  how far we’ve come and the accomplishments we have created. The community of Stars Hallow shows everyone is different and loved in their own way 

What an inspiration Cassie Nightingale is. Using her intuition to support, encourage, and guide members of the community. Displayinh beautiful lesson on trust in yourself as well as in others this show is simply magical.
